CNC laser cutting and plate processing
C3H Solutions produces CNC laser-cut parts and heavy plate components for fabrication and industrial projects on our 12 kW Bodor laser. The cutting table accommodates material up to 5 ft × 10 ft. Plate cutting capacity is up to 1.5 in. carbon steel, 1.187 in. stainless steel, and 1.187 in. aluminum. Our precision laser equipment and quality control process deliver clean cuts and tight, repeatable tolerances for demanding plate work. We quote CNC laser-cut steel plate, stainless steel, and aluminum parts, as well as plate packages that require press brake bending, welding, and assembly. For data center construction, oilfield equipment, and other industrial programs across the U.S., send the bill of materials, DXF files, prints, delivery schedule, and ship-to location. We review each project for material, production capacity, packaging, freight, and schedule before quoting. Tube laser cutting inquiries can be reviewed as part of a broader fabrication scope; we confirm the production approach before making a commitment.
